When working online, an element of trust is involved, and we appreciate that all of our clients need to give us this trust. We understand that we are not working in the same office or on hand to discuss projects, tasks and progress.
Serious consideration went into how we could operate a service which could bring us as close to our clients as we 'virtually' could be.
We guarantee an extremely high standard in our work, along with quality service which is accessible and easy to use.
Client Facilities
All clients have the opportunity to use our dedicated client facilities. We have carefully selected a range of facilities that will provide our clients with a high level of contact and information.
- Client Login: A dedicated and secure login area for your information and updates.
- Meeting Room: A private online meeting room to hold consultations & discuss projects.
- Billing Login: Access, query and pay your invoices within your personal secure client login.
- Support: We offer a dedicated support service Monday to Saturday, with 24 hour response.

Service Agreement
Clients who use our services are issued with a service agreement. This covers the terms of our service and your confidentiality, which is vitality important to us. To keep our service completely virtual we use BT eSignature to complete all agreements - it's fast, reliable and easy to use.
We Remain Anonymous - when dealing with your clients
When dealing with your clients and suppliers, the utmost discretion is used. We customise your services and documents with your corporate colours and logo wherever possible. We also offer to send email from a personal email such as yourcompany@virtualmissfriday.com, or we use your company email if provided.
