In order to stay ultra-organised and on top of your work, the primary location where we will be collaborating with you is via the online "office". You will have access to various parts of the office which will allow you to discuss projects with Michelle and the team, and review a history of the work we have done for you. A very high level of care and attention will be provided to you. Please watch the video tutorial to familiarise yourself with this area.

Requesting General Support & Asking Questions

If you have any general queries, task requests, or you would like to get an opinion or an estimate, then all tickets and questions submitted via the support site are answered free of charge. This dedicated area allow you to submit a support ticket, review our client knowledgebase, and check news updates.

If you are unsure of what to do at anytime, or you need to make contact with us, about anything at all this is the place to go. You can also send an email to support@virtualmissfriday.com and this will also generate a support ticket within out help desk. We aim to respond to support requests Monday to Friday within 24-48 hours from the time it is received. If it is a particularly urgent request, please ad "URGENT" to the subject line of the email.
Checking Your Billing History - Invoices & Estimates

We use Freshbooks to issue your estimates and invoices. Within the Freshbooks dashboard you are able to view your estimates and invoices and make secure online payments. Your account has a profile page, please make sure we always have the most relevant up-to-date information on your account.
